Michelle Thomas Team

"After much research we decided to use the Michelle Thomas team to sell our Marco Island beach condo. Turned out to be one of the best real estate decisions we have ever made. I can’t overstate the incredible support and assistance we received from the entire MT team. We were very fortunate to be assigned Mark Huffor as the lead real estate agent and he (and his partner/wife) were simply amazing! Mark went above and beyond anything we could have expected. The entire team of professionals, and Mark in particular, made the process easy and enjoyable! Do yourself a favor and call the Michelle Thomas team the next time you are looking to buy or sell a Marco Island/Naples property! Thanks to Mark and the entire team! You are simply the best!!"

"Buying from out of state is a leap of faith, and Carol Stocks is making ours easier. We're relocating to Naples from Nebraska, which means we're relying on someone else's judgment for almost everything — the neighborhood, the building, the details you can't catch in listing photos. Carol has been exactly the person you want in that role. She's responsive, she tells us the truth about a property, its type, its fees and amenities, instead of just selling it, and she's been genuinely patient with all the questions that come with a long-distance purchase. We're not at the finish line yet, but steps thus far have been smoother because of her. If you're house hunting in Naples — especially from out of town — she's the one to call."

"Michelle leads an amazing team and offers perfect communication to her clients and to me as her designated loan officer. Her knowledge and experience as a realtor are so professional she never fails to amaze me."
