The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón

"We recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples for two nights, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely made us feel cared for. We truly felt that the team went above and beyond to make our stay special. There were so many amazing staff members throughout the hotel but did not get their names. However, there is one very special person we absolutely have to recognize: Grecia, who took care of our family while we were enjoying the pool area. Grecia was truly outstanding. She was incredibly attentive, warm, thoughtful, and always seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even had to ask. It wasn’t simply great service - it was the genuine care and kindness she showed our family that made such an impression on us. She made us feel so comfortable and added something extra special to our time at the resort. I sincerely hope management recognizes Grecia for the exceptional level of service she provides and that she is rewarded in some way, because she absolutely deserves it. Employees like her are what turn a beautiful hotel stay into an experience you remember. Again, thank you to the entire Ritz-Carlton, Naples team for making us feel so welcomed and for such a wonderful two-night stay. And a very special THANK YOU to Grecia for taking such great care of our family and making our time by the pool even more enjoyable. "We had a great time at the Ritz. We loved the cleanliness, service of the staff, welcome gift, free game room with machines, shuttle service and the overall atmosphere. Even though the hotel had some renovation going on at certain spots - it really didn’t bother us much. We took advantage of the free shuttle from this Ritz to the other by Vanderbilt beach and availability of a beach amenities including beach chairs and umbrella as part of Fine Hotels and Resorts was icing on the cake. Kids loved the beach and so did we. Because of the bad weather, we were not able to enjoy the water park- that’s a bummer but not really hotel’s fault. The room was upgraded with the golf course view and it was the renovated room so we appreciated that. We would love to stay here if/when opportunity arises."

"Have to say I was concerned about coming after looking at recent reviews during the construction. We live in Miami so this isn’t a big trip for us, but nice to get out of town for Fourth of July weekend. The staff has been great, we haven’t heard any construction noise (our room is closer to the kids pool area), we really aren’t bothered by the lobby closures and restaurants in the conference rooms etc. we have a car here so we are eating off property mostly and driving to the beach Ritz (valet is included). I could see this being disappointing if this is your one big summer trip, but the pool is great, staff is great, rooms are steeply discounted so honestly it’s a good deal if you’re more of a go with the flow type of person."
