"We had a blast here! We were there for our 10 yr old birthday! We were able to take advantage of the year round indoor water park. It was in the 30's and 40's and the water and whole stay was warm and inviting! Our kid loved the Magi quest and did the whole wand experience with the topper and belt. It was worth it for him. The food is good enough for being a kid focused resort."

"Our stay was for the most part fun, esp for the kids. From a parent perspective I do feel like it was over crowded and many things were not explained properly. The toddler area at the water park was great but chaotic. Many parents just leave their kids to run around and leave it to the life guards to watch them going down the water slide. The lazy river is anything but because again is was over crowded and older kids were pushing through instead of staying in the tubes. The rides were fun my two older children enjoyed themselves and got to ride each slide multiple times. The food at the buffet, for dinner was not great especially because the food wasnt hot and everything tased pretty bland. Breakfast was better aside from the pancakes. The one restaurant they do have you need to have a reservation for which no one told us about. The room was nice considering you have it less than 24 hrs. It was nice to have it 2 hrs earlier than expected so we got to put our stuff upstairs. The AC does not blow into the buckbed area so you have to put the AC low to make that room even slightly cool. As someone who has a toddler who likes warm milk at night, it would have been nice to have a mircowave in the room or even on the floor. My kids did enjoy the adventure trail and park (pictures posted) The adventure trail was full of kids and adults so you had to wait for the exciting parts like free sliding to the other side. The story im the lobby is very magical and the story is sweet, the kids enjoyed the fake snow falling. This was a nice one and done kinda thing."

"We had a great time! From check in "we were early" got a free scoop of ice-cream for waiting card which my granddaughters enjoyed. Every staff member were so helpful. Just be sure to set a reservation for Fireside grill ahead of time as we had to go offsite to eat dinner both nights because I failed to do so. Also Danielle, the retail manager She was so helpful with my situation with a gift card, that she later spotted me out and asked if she could assist me further. 10 out of 10 I would recommend"
